INFORMATION LETTER

Dear colleagues!

We invite You to attend XIII MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL STOMATOLOGIC FORUM (22-25 April, 2003) under the umbrella of which there will be held
X All-Russian scientific-practical conference "Urgent Problems of Stomatology"
and annual International Stomatologic Exhibition "STAMATOLOGIC SALON - 2003".

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE:

Registration fee for participants of the conference (stomatologists, dental doctors and dental technicians) members of StAR - 500 roubles; non-members of StAR - 1000 roubles. For students, postgraduates in clinic and research fields - 100 roubles.

Price for single entry - 300 roubles.

Lecturers and reporters will receive programme of the conference, free of charge ticket to attend any symposium in the day of the report delivery.

Registration will be done in "Gostinyi Dvor":

21st April from 8.00 till 20.00
22nd April from 8.00 till 18.00

To be registered a person must have a copy of payment and the document confirming her (his) membership in StAR.

To the attention of managers and chief accountants !

When making warrant for payment in the line of payment purpose one must indicate "Target financing (participation in conference)", NDS is non-liable. In case of any other wording (of target finansing) money will be sent back to payer.

It is also possible to pay registration fee by ready money in the moment of registration - on-site - (receipt is provided).

HOTEL RESERVATIONS :

Reduced payment (preferential terms) reservations by the conference participants is provided through the firm "Epic Travel"

Prices are given according to the state on 01 December 2002 (Hotel "Rossia" will introduce new prices beginning from 01 January 2003)

For having room in hotel on preferential terms given in the table it is necessary to reserve rooms in advance and arrange cashless settlement.

Orders for reservation - it is necessary to send in written form before 07April to the firm "Epic Travel" using fax (495) 363 0221 with indication of the hotel name, dates of arrival and departure, persons' names, number and types of necessary rooms, type of settlement, contact telephones/faxes.

Additional information can be fo received by phone (495) 363 0220 (Mrs Elena Zhomkova).

Confirmation of room reservation is done starting from real place availability in the hotel chosen at the moment of order receiving.

Payment for ordered and confirmed rooms is done basing on accounts produced by SLR "Epic Travel" in cashless form (for prices in $ equivalent according to RF Central Bank course + 2%) during 3 days from receiving invoice.

A copy of the bank account with special bank mark is sent to office with the fax (495) 363 0221. The warranty number of the hotel is communicated to customer after transferring money on settlement account of SLR "Epic Travel".

Invoice for staying in one of the hotels the participants can get in "Gostinyi Dvor" during registration 21-22 April.

To cancel the pre-registration and to receive return of the money without penalty you could only not later than 4 workdays before visit.

Participants who had not ordered hotel rooms in advance and paid for them in cashless form will be accomodated in hotel "Rossija" for usual capital (much higher) prices with inclusion the price for ordering in advance (50% of the normal price of the room) and purchase tax (5% of the general cost of stay in the hotel). Orders are accepted till 14 April 2003.

Requirements for abstracts

• Abstract subject should correspond to subjects of the conferences;
• Abstract is presented on paper carrier (2 copies), volume not more than 3 pages, A4 format (210x297 mm), 12 pt type, 1? character spacing (interval), signed by the author and with supervisor's visa, + file on diskette (1 pc.) or by e-mail: staru@orc.ru in any Word format with 12 pt type;
• Abstracts are not reviewed and not returned back. The organizing committee reserves to itself the right to select materials for inclusion in the published transactions;
• The abstract submission deadline for X All-Russian scientific-practical conference "Actual problems of stomatology" - 1st March 2003;
• The abstract submission deadline for XI All-Russian scientific-practical conference "Stomatology oh the XXIst century" - 1st May 2003;

INTERNATIONAL STOMATOLOGIC EXHIBITION "STOMATOLOGIC SALON - 2003"

22 - 25 April, 2003

The most important event of the year in stomatologic Russia will be held on one of the most prestigious exhibition halls in Moscow - in Gostinyi Dvor. It is officially supported by the Ministry of Health Care (RF) and the World Health Organization.

In Russia it is the only international stomatologic exhibition oficially recognized by FDI and IDM.

More than 300 companies will participate in the exhibition and more than 20 000 stomatologists from Russia, CIS and other countries will meet each other.

Information support from 45 stomatologic editions (from Russia, CIS, Europa, Asia, Latin America), 17 biggest Russian and foreign stomatologic and exhibition sites.

From 9th till 12th September 2003 in Moscow will be held XIV MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL STOMATOLOGIC FORUM in the framework of which VIII Congress of Stomatolofic Association of Russia, XI All-Russian scientific-practical conference "Stomatology of the XX1st Century" and the biggest in the Russia and CIS international exhibition "DENTAL-EXPO - 2003" will be included.
